Order Exchanges

To ensure accuracy, please carefully check your order details—including size, design, and quantity—before completing your purchase.

  • We do not offer exchanges for mistakes in order selection.
  • If you need to make changes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
  • Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) will apply.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds within 180 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.
