We are a U.S.-based yarn and crafting supply business dedicated to providing clear, fast, and reliable shipping services for all customers in the contiguous United States. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle, process, and deliver your orders in compliance with U.S. e-commerce standards. Our commitment is to ensure your package arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO military addresses
- International destinations
Order Processing Schedule
- Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (EST)
- Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same business day
- Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 5:00 PM, weekends, or federal holidays are processed the next business day
Handling Time
Your order will be prepared and ready to ship within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer two delivery options through trusted carriers like USPS, DHL, and EMS:

Tracking Orders
All shipments include tracking. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking may take 3–7 business days to reflect updates.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. No deliveries occur on:
- Weekends
- Federal Holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Errors may result in:
- Delivery delays
- Returned shipments
- Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply. If we receive no response within 7 business days, the order may be canceled (excluding shipping fees).
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship:
- Hazardous or restricted materials
- Perishable goods
- Internationally or to P.O. Boxes
- Orders for rerouting once shipped
Holiday and Peak Season Delays
During major holidays and high-volume seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), delays may occur. Please order early—preferably 3 weeks in advance of gift-giving events.
Custom Orders
Custom and bulk orders may take an additional 5–7 business days to process. Expedited shipping may not apply. Delivery timelines for custom items will be confirmed via email.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If you receive a damaged package, notify us within 72 hours and provide clear photos. If a package is marked as delivered but not received:
- Double-check the delivery address
- Look around your property and check with neighbors
- Contact the carrier
- Contact our support team
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If a shipment is delayed beyond the maximum timeframe, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Fraud Prevention
To maintain security, all orders undergo verification. For high-risk or mismatched transactions, we may request identity confirmation. Failure to verify may lead to cancellation.
