We are a U.S.-based yarn and crafting supply company committed to providing clear, reliable, and timely shipping services to all customers within the contiguous United States. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle, process, and deliver your orders in accordance with U.S. e-commerce standards. Our goal is to ensure your package arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship only to the contiguous United States.
- We do not ship to the following locations:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO military addresses
- International destinations
Order Processing Schedule
- Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (EST)
- Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
- Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Handling Time
- Orders are prepared and ready for shipment within 1 to 3 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We offer the following shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, and EMS:

Tracking Orders
- All shipments include tracking numbers.

Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries occur Monday through Friday.
- No deliveries on weekends or federal holidays, including:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause:
- Delivery delays
- Returned shipments
- Undeliverable packages
- Returned packages due to address errors will incur a re-shipping fee.
- If no response is received within 7 business days regarding a returned package, the order may be canceled (shipping fees excluded).
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship the following:
- Hazardous or restricted materials
- Perishable goods
- International orders or P.O. Boxes
- Requests to reroute shipments once dispatched
Holiday and Peak Season Notice
During major holidays and peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), shipping delays may occur. We recommend placing orders at least 3 weeks in advance of any gift-giving occasion.
Custom and Bulk Orders
- Custom or bulk orders may require an additional 5–7 business days for processing.
- Expedited shipping options may not be available for custom orders.
- Delivery timelines for such orders will be communicated via email.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- Report any damaged packages within 72 hours of receipt, including photos.
- If a package is marked delivered but not received:
- Double-check your delivery address.
- Check around your property and with neighbors.
- Contact the carrier.
- Contact our support team immediately.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
- For shipments delayed beyond the maximum timeframe, we will work with carriers to resolve the issue.
Fraud Prevention
- All orders undergo security verification.
- For high-risk or mismatched orders, identity confirmation may be requested.
- Failure to verify may result in order cancellation.
