Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers, including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services, to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM (GMT+7).
- Payment Confirmation: Processing begins once payment is confirmed.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+7) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Note: Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time, New York) to be processed on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking link to your email so you can monitor its progress. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.
For personalized or customized orders, additional time may be required to complete the modifications. The duration will vary depending on the complexity of the request.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-7 business days for the carrier to scan and update your package in their system. If the tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not yet processed your package.

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any international locations outside Vietnam.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Incorrect Address
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout:
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional time to resolve.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer input errors.
- Returned packages may be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and may be disposed of. Re-shipping fees will apply for returned orders.
- We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage if the carrier is instructed to forward or redirect the parcel after it leaves our warehouse.
